The Garland Solar Crew That Shows You Every Step

We install, repair and clean solar systems on homes around Garland. On every job we take photos of what we find and what we do, then walk you through them. You see the roof mounts, the wiring and the finished work, not just a bill.

Why we photograph every job

Most of a solar system sits where you can't see it. The racking bolts into rafters under your shingles. The wiring runs through conduit to a box on the side of the house. Once a crew packs up, you're left trusting it was done right. We don't think that's fair to the person paying for it.

So we take pictures. Before we start, we shoot the roof, the electrical panel and anything that looks off. During the job we capture the flashing around each mount, the wire runs and the connections before they get covered up. When we finish, we show you the completed array and the inverter or battery setup, and explain what each piece does.

Repair and cleaning visits work the same way. If a panel quit producing, you see the cracked cell, the scorched connector or the loose wire we found. If we clean your panels, you see the dust and pollen film before and the clear glass after. You keep the images. They come in handy if you sell your home or need to show someone how the system was put in.

How we run a job

  1. 01

    We look before we price

We come out, check the roof, the shade and your electrical panel, and record what we see. The price comes from that visit, not from a satellite picture.

  2. 02

    Estimates written line by line

Panels, racking, inverter, battery, permit and labor each get their own line. If something changes once we open things up, we show you what we found and talk it over before doing more work.

  3. 03

    An honest repair-or-replace answer

A dead string is often one bad connector, not a whole new system. We tell you which it is and why.

  4. 04

    Permits handled, site left clean

We pull the permit, meet the city inspector and handle the utility paperwork to get you connected. We protect your roof while we work and pick up every clip, wire scrap and bit of packaging before we go.

Where we work

We work on homes in Garland and the towns around it, including Rowlett, Sachse, Richardson, Murphy, Sunnyvale, Plano, Mesquite, Wylie, Rockwall and Balch Springs. Spring hail can be rough on panels, so a clear visual record of your system gives you something solid to compare against after a storm. See our Service Areas page for more on where we go.
