Terms and Conditions

Using This Website

This website belongs to Solar Installation Garland, a solar company working in Garland, Texas and the surrounding area. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using it.

The site is here to explain what we do and how to reach us. You're welcome to read it, share it and come back to it. Please don't copy it, misuse it or try to break it.

General Information, Not a Quote

What you read here is general. Every roof, electrical panel and yard is different, so nothing on this site is a price, a promise or advice for your home. The details of any job are set once we've looked at your home and talked it through with you, and they're put in writing then.

Photos on This Site

We like to show homeowners what we found and what we did, so you'll see photos of solar work on these pages. They show the kind of work we do. Your system, your roof and your results may look different.

Please don't reuse our photos or written content without asking us first.

Talking With Us by Phone

The phone is the only way to reach us through this site. Questions about your home's solar can go to our line at (972) 456-9943, and you only need to share what you're comfortable sharing. A phone conversation by itself doesn't create a contract. Any work happens only after we've agreed on it together.

Limits of Our Responsibility

We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it's free of mistakes or always available. We aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on the site alone, or from the site being down for a while.

Some pages may mention other companies or products. We don't control outside websites, and we aren't responsible for what's on them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the new version replaces the old one on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.

Texas Law and Questions

These terms follow the laws of the State of Texas. If something here isn't clear, give us a ring and we'll explain it in plain words. You can also read our Privacy Policy to see how we handle the little information this site collects.
